Crispy, crunchy air fryer potato chips are easy to make and so delicious, this is a healthy snack. And believe me, you will not feel guilty about enjoying a full bowl.




Ingredients:


· 2 medium russet potato, unpeeled.

· 1tabelspoon olive oil

· ½ teaspoon salt

· ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

· 1 teaspoon of rosemary



Instructions:


· slice the potato into thin slices and place them in the cold-water bowl and add some salt, let them soak for 15 minutes.


· Remove from water and pat dry with a towel.


· Into a bowl add the potato slices and gently toss to evenly coat with pepper, rosemary, and olive oil.


· Air fry the potato slice at 350 °F for 10 minutes.


· After 10 minutes separate the slices and flip them and air fry them on 400 °F for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness

Crispy & Juicy Air fryer chicken thighs are the crispiest chicken thighs ever!




Ingredients:


· 6 bone -in skin on chicken thighs

· 2 ½ teaspoons paprika

· 1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

· 1 teaspoon brown sugar

· 1teaspoon salt

· 1 teaspoon pepper

· 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions:


1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C for 5 minutes (optional)

2. Pat the chicken thighs with a paper towel to dry.

3. In a small bowl combine all the seasoning, add the oil to the bowl of chicken and sprinkle with the seasoning toss them until well coated.

4. Place them in the air fryer basket skin side down and cook at 185 °C for 8 minutes and turn the chicken thighs skin side up cook for another 8 minutes.

5. Cook for another 2 minutes at 200 °C for desired crispiness.

Ingredients: • 500 g chicken wings • 2 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp lemon pepper • 1 tsp smoked Paprika. • Salt • Cayenne pepper


Instructions:

1. Thoroughly pat dry chicken wings with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.


2. sprinkle on 2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp lemon pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper & salt. Toss to evenly coat with seasoning.


3. Preheat the air fryer 200 ˚C to 5minitues (not mandatory but I wish to do). Wings place on air frying basket, spacing evenly and air fry at 185˚C for 8 minutes per side, or a total of 16 minutes, or until chicken wings are crispy and golden brown.
