Air Fryer Potato Wedges are healthy, crispy, flavorful & they are the best appetizer for any occasion!



How to cut the wedges


Clean the potatoes thoroughly. Leave the skin on Keep them in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. vertically cut the potato into halves and cut them into halves. Again, cut potatoes into quarters of equal size. The size of the potato should be medium then you get the bite sized wedges!



Ingredients:


· 2 rinsed & dried potatoes.

· 1teaspoon olive oil

· 1teaspoon salt

· 1teaspoon rosemary

· ½ teaspoon ground thyme


Instructions:


1. Cut potatoes into wedges

2. In a bowl. Toss them with seasonings and olive oil.

3. Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray(optional). Add the potatoes you may spray cooking spray for an extra crispy potato wedge.

4. Set temperature 390 °F for 15 minutes for regular sized wedges

5. If desired extra crispy wedges, set the temperature to 400 °F for an additional

2-3 minutes

Are you thinking about what to do with leftover rice??

Air fryer fried rice is easy to make & a time-saver, no need to spend time standing in the kitchen. the air fryer does the job for you.


Here I did not use cold rice or frozen vegetables. I am using one of my bake wares since I am not own any air fryer accessories yet.


Ingredients:


· 2 cups of cooked rice (If you using the cold rice sprinkle some water)

· 1 Cup of spring onions

· 1 Cup of carrot

· 2 Scrambled eggs

· 4 tbsp soya sauce

· 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)

· 2 tsp sesame oil (you can use any cooking oil)



Instruction:


· Place the oven-safe pan into the air fryer and preheat to 360 ℉ for 5 minutes.

· Mix all cut veggies and 1 teaspoon sesame oil add them to the preheated air fryer and cook them for about 2-3 minutes at low temperature. (If you are using the frozen vegetables, you can skip this step.

· Next up, you are going to add 2 cups of rice into a big bowl and mix all the veggies, 2 scrambled eggs, soya sauce, chili sauce (optional), and 1tsp sesame oil.

· Mix thoroughly till well combine everything together and transfer rice mixture to an oven-safe container. (If you have an air fryer baking pan you can use for this step)

· Finally place the container into the air fryer and air fry the rice for 15 minutes at 360℉.

· Make sure to stir the rice a few times while cooking to prevent burning the bottom & cook evenly. Ready to serve.
